Allison Kaspor, Monroe, Georgia woman shot dead by Matthew Rowe at her residence early Saturday morning. Victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds. No known motive.
Georgia authorities have arrested a 22 year old man for reportedly shooting and killing a 20 year old woman at her residence in Monroe during early Saturday morning.
At around 5 a.m., officers were called to 114 4th Street, where Allison Kaspor was pronounced dead with multiple gunshot wounds. Matthew Rowe, 22, was arrested in connection to the death.
According to a press release from the Monroe Police Dept, the suspect was arrested and taken into custody and charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, police said.
How did 20 year old Monroe woman come to be targeted by 22 year old gunman?
Police did not say if the Allison Kaspor knew her killer or how the suspect gained access to her residence or what may have led to the 22 year old man targeting the 20 year old female victim.

‘I posted the articles of our loss for just myself to see. If you could please pray for us during the most difficult time of our lives, I would greatly appreciate it. Our baby girl was taken from us way to soon, and we couldn’t help her. She will always be with us and forever be our baby girl!!’
