Anna Marie Crocker, Kenosha County school employee & teacher’s assistant at Riverview Elementary at Silver Lake, Wisconsin, accused of additional sex abuse of young male boys after previous arrest of alleged sexual predator attempting to entice 12 year old to have sex with her during sleepover.
A former Wisconsin teacher’s assistant accused of sexually assaulting a then 12 year old child at a ‘sleepover’ has been charged with four new child sex abuse felonies.
Anna Marie Crocker, 33, was previously accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy, and she has since been charged with additional sex crimes for allegedly targeting two additional victims.
According to the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office the new additional charges allege the educator trying to manipulate two more young boys into having sex with her, a 13 year old and 14 year old boy.
Sexual predator targeting young male boys
Those charges include Crocker allegedly sending a 13-year-old pupil videos of herself ‘self-pleasuring,’ along with attempting to entice a 14 year old teen after sending him over 200 sordid images along with making a rendezvous for the boy to come to her home for sex.
The educator worked at Riverview Elementary in Silver Lake, Wisconsin from 2020 as an educational assistant until she was fired over the allegations this month, WISN reported.
Crocker, who is also a mother of a 12 year old boy, is charged with ‘having sexual intercourse with a person who has not attained the age of 13’ in the winter of 2023/2024, according to a criminal complaint filed in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court.
She is also accused of several more sordid offenses including filming child illicit videos in August and exposing her genitals to a child in September.
Crocker was arrested in October after the parents of the 12-year-old boy told police they believed she had sexually assaulted her son at a sleepover she hosted for her own child.
The criminal complaint says the children played basketball, went for a walk and played video games through the day before all sleeping at Crocker’s home.
They went to bed around midnight, with the alleged victim sleeping on a couch in the basement.
‘While asleep on the couch, he was woken up by the defendant who was naked,’ the complaint reads.
‘The defendant had removed (his) pants and was on top of him. Eventually, his friends heard noises and went downstairs.
‘The defendant tried to hide, but his friends saw what happened. (The victim) went upstairs and told his friends what happened, then went to bed.’
Victim initially thought it was a ‘workout’ video
The boy was so traumatized that he began dry-heaving during football practice after having a flashback, according to the criminal complaint.
Months later, the complaint states the victim said he got a text from Crocker in which she told him to apologize to her ‘for what happened in the basement.’ He described it as her ‘trying to make him feel guilty.’ She told him he could not tell anyone what happened, he said.
According to prosecutors, on October 10, a 13-year-old boy said he told a school staff member that Crocker sent him inappropriate messages, including multiple videos of herself performing a sex act according to an amended criminal complaint.
The victim said he initially thought it was a ‘workout video’ when he opened it and did not respond, per the complaint, saying he was ‘too young for that.’ The victim also said he got scared because he heard Crocker ‘raped’ another juvenile, Fox 6 reported.
Crocker also allegedly sent a 14-year-old boy videos of herself self-pleasuring with a device, and exchanged more than 200 messages with him via Snapchat.
The alleged crimes involve a current and former student at the Riverview Elementary School, according to the criminal complaint.
Abuse of position of power, authority and trust
Prosecutors said Crocker admitted to receiving a sexual video from a 14-year-old victim and saving it to her cellphone.
Crocker was previously charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, possession of illicit child video, sexual exploitation of a child by filming them, TMJ4 reported.
She was charged more recently with exposing her genitals, exposing a child to harmful material, child enticement and exposing a child to harmful descriptions.
The former teacher is being held at the Kenosha County Jail on a $500,000 bond with a court appearance slated for November 22.
Not immediately understood is what led to the female educator abusing her position of authority, power and trust to subjugate her young male victims.
Authorities are also now fearing potential additional victims.
If convicted on all counts, Anna Marie Crocker could face 60 years behind bars.
