Mother with two young children trying to sneak her daughters at Disneyland’s California adventure park without paying arrested during meltdown as she refuses to hand over her identification and insisted her girls were under the age of three in a bid to get them free entry.
A woman donning ‘Minnie Mouse’ ears at Disney California Adventure Park was arrested after she tried to sneak her two kids without paying.
Footage posted to TikTok captured the unidentified mother straddled by Disney security cursing audibly while being led out by Anaheim police officers in handcuffs.
Accompanying her were her two young children, hysterically crying, (‘Ayudeme’) ‘help’ in Spanish.
Regardless of what this mother has done, leading her out of Disney like this with her kids horrified and people watching was a bad move. pic.twitter.com/U7YcBlQ8TF

Disneyland mom with 2 kids arrested after refusing to show her identification
Video shows an officer pushing a side-by-side stroller in which the mom had hoped to pass off her two daughters as under three in an attempt to avoid having to pay the entrance fee.
A one-day Disneyland ticket for children aged 3-9 costs between $112 and $160 – just slightly less than the $119-$169 guests aged 10 and up are charged.
Prior to her arrest, the mom — described as being a 26 year old woman with an annual pass — claimed that her two daughters were under the age of three and could therefore get into the park for free, though the video shows the girls are clearly older.
According to Disneyland Resorts Park admissions policy, children under three do not need a theme park ticket for Disneyland or Adventure Park.
The video which has since gone viral was captioned, ‘Getting arrested at the happiest place on earth.’ Indeed!
Another video, obtained by TMZ, shows the mother shouting, ‘You’re f–king hurting me!’ as she’s escorted out of ‘Happiest Place on Earth’ next to her crying children.
Disneyland offered to let the woman buy tickets for the children and stay in the park, but she refused the offer, leading to police being called.
Disney happy adventures repeat offender
When officers arrived on the scene, the mother allegedly refused to hand over her ID – leading to her arrest.
Of note, the Anaheim Police Department told KTLA that the mother is suspected of trying to sneak her children into Disneyland in the past.
Police said she was arrested for trespassing but was later released on a citation.
A Disneyland spokesperson confirmed she had allegedly tried sneaking the kids into the theme park and was confronted by Disneyland Resort security teams.
She reportedly was not complying with park security when questioned, leading to law enforcement being contacted.
It’s not the first time the Disney ‘happy’ adventure theme park has been met with parents trying to pass off their kids younger than they are in a bid to get in without having to pay, what some might decry the ‘hefty’ admission.
In 2022, a woman was caught on a viral TikTok disguising an elementary school-age child as a baby to avoid paying the admission price at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
In that incident, the mom was pushing a baby-appropriate stroller carrying the older child inside, covered by a blanket to block her non-infant legs.
Once inside the park and out of sight of Disney staff, the girl wearing a Cinderella dress is seen on video giddily getting out of the stroller and throwing the blankets back onto the seat. Cause happy times are here! If you can afford it…
