A Miami man has been arrested after allegedly killing his dad on Father’s Day during an argument according to reports.

Marcus Sakers, 32, was on Monday morning charged with second-degree murder after cops said he shot his 60-year-old father, Fedel Ezekiel Peake, as they wrestled on the ground following a heated ‘disagreement’ late Sunday, the Miami Herald reported.

‘You shot me,’ Peake told Sakers before losing consciousness according to a witness.

Peake was later pronounced dead at a hospital, WPLG reported.

Following the shooting, the victim’s son fled the residence before being taken into custody the following morning.

Miami son extensive criminal rap sheet:

The Father’s Day shooting follows with Sakers having an extensive criminal rap sheet— including at least eight battery charges throughout the past decade, according to state records WPLG reported.

A witness later identified Sakers as the man who shot Peake and police said he admitted to being involved in a dispute with his father.

Of note, court records revealed Peake having filed a restraining order against his son in 2014 according to WPLG.

Sakers remained held without bail at a jail Tuesday in Miami-Dade County, records show. He has been arrested 12 times since 2006, according to state records cited by the Herald.

Charges were dropped in most cases, although Sakers spent 60 days in jail after he was convicted of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon in November 2016 the nypost reported.

The son was also charged in April with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman in a case that remains open. Happy Father’s Day- dad…..
