Daniels has said she had an affair with Trump in 2006 — and was paid $130,000 to keep quiet about it. Trump has denied the former adult actress’s claims.

Wednesday’s arrest follows Avennati alluding that he was considering a run for the Democratic nomination for president in 2020. It remained unclear if the high profile attorney remained committed in his political aspirations.
