Sarah Elizabeth Suddarth a Macon County, Tennessee woman is indicted after it’s determined she filed a false sexual assault claim against a man at his home.

A Macon County, Tennessee woman has been indicted after a grand jury determined the female filing a false sexual assault claim against a man at his home.

Arrested was 24 year old woman, Sarah Elizabeth Suddarth who’d initially claimed being violated by a Jamestown man at his home in December, 2016.

Upon being indicted, Sarah Suddarth turned herself in to authorities on Tuesday and was booked into the Fentress County Jail on a $2,500 bond reported whnt.com.

The woman’s indictment followed 8th District Attorney General Jared Effler requested an investigation in January into the woman’s alleged claims. It wasn’t clear what led to the DA demanding further investigations into the woman’s initial claims.

The indictment follows The Fentress County Grand Jury returning an indictment Tuesday morning charging Suddarth with one count of Filing a False Report. The indictment cited investigators finding the alleged assault never taking place.

Not immediately clear was what precipitated Suddarth claiming being sexually assaulted and to what degree her assertions carried weight given the current #metoo movement/climate (that leads to almost instant vilification upon being accused) and the social presumption that males are often sexual predators

And then there were these comments on the web that caught this author’s attention, see what you think?

‘This is insane. Telling a lie that will completely ruin families and lives.’

‘It is bixches like her that infuriate me. I hope they throw the book at her. It is hard enough for a woman to be taken seriously let alone have to fight to be believed, and then there is this. Its any wonder society thinks the way they do.’

‘If a woman is deliberately accusing a man of a sex-crime, which never took place except in her sick fantasy, she should serve a considerably long time in jail. Nowadays such accusations are rampant and jail is the only way to finish with this nonsense. False accusers should also face a bill for wasted police investigation time.’

‘Agree- this woman should have the book thrown at her. This man is so lucky he was vindicated given the current rabid #metoo movement. Unreal.’

#MeToo is becoming like The Crucible. This ruins things for real victims of sexual misconduct.

‘2,500 for almost ruining a mans life?!?’
