Told the woman, ‘No fighting, no nothing. (These apartments are) so quiet. I was in my apartment all the time. I was watching my movies and I didn’t hear nothing,”
Detectives will investigate whether there was a history of domestic violence at the home.
Police have not released details on how the children died. They also have not revealed their ages or genders.
