Purported images of Tawainese McDonald’s worker, Hsu Wei-han since dubbed the McDonald’s goddess have led to customers and fans desperately trying to identify the outlet that one beauticious server is said to be working at.
Interest in the doll like employee, said to be working at an unnamed McDonald’s branch in the city of Kaohsiung, comes after photos of the worker went viral courtesy of blogger, Raindog who spotted the doll like beauty, describing the server akin to the Lolita ingenue and wearing a pink shirt and heels.
The ‘cute dressing’ comes in a culture which prizes doll like features and the practice of local branches dressing up their female employees in play like outfits, such as sailors or maids.
In the space of a few short days the woman who also runs by the name Weiwei’ or ‘Haitun’ (‘dolphin’ in Chinese) has seen her instagram following skyrocket to 31 000 followers.
That said there may be one awkward hitch. Does the Taiwanese McDonald’s goddess actually exist?
Despite her surge in popularity of the doll like server, some readers have accused the blogger of manipulating pictures, with some claiming the woman does not exist at all. Nevertheless the woman’s instagram account, which sees the woman describing herself as an avid social media user and a model, continues to draw new fans and followers, many of whom are eager to chance upon the doll like server…
