Other notable chefs and vendors included: Culin ARIANE (Montclair -NJ), Plein Sud at the Smyth Hotel– NY, Zylo (loved their braised meatballs!), D’Artagnan (the best goose pate in the world), the Cheeseworks station (I’m sure I spent far too much time gorging myself at this station- but so heavenly), John Benjamin’s Restaurant Latour (Hardyston-NJ) did nor fail to disappoint , Restaurant Serenade had the best potato dumplings ever, where as the winery Sequoia Grove vineyard next door to them had me oscillating in ardent disbelief and the good luck that I had found the best Cabernet in the house- chocolately, smooth, dry bodied with a hint of cherry, blossom and exhilirating bouquet.
