An interesting passage in a recent interview with the examiner (Sept 14, 2010) might shed some light on Mr Bettencourt’s dogma at getting his clients maximum exposure:
Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin is no stranger to publicity, television, red carpets, book tours, cameras, business and being a housewife. As Jill’s right hand, he manages to keep her on track both personally and professionally while maintaining a life of his own.
Except with regards to this Sunday’s episode Mr Bettencourt claims ignorance as to the impending charade and indeed great mortification that he got caught.
