Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam aka Asshley Sincal OnlyFans model charged with murder after kinky sex stunt on client goes very wrong as prosecutors argue she contributed to the man’s death.

An OnlyFans model is facing a murder charge after a man who paid her $11,000 died during a BDSM fetish video the two appeared in, only for something to go wrong, very wrong …

Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam, 31, recorded the kinky video for her OnlyFans profile with Michael Dale, 55, at his Escodino, California, home — in which she was paid to bind the man in plastic wrap and duct tape, only to result in the ‘client’s’ death by asphyxiation, according to an affidavit reviewed by the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Despite never before engaging in BDSM sex, Rylaarsdam told cops she was hired by the victim to wrap him like a mummy in Saran wrap and glue a pair of women’s boots to his feet, texts revealed in the affidavit show.

Should OnlyFans model realized that sex stunt was going to lead to dangerous outcome?

Video of the April 17, 2023, encounter shows Dale with duct tape over his mouth, his head swathed in cling wrap that was further duct-taped, along with a plastic bag, also secured with tape, over his entire face and head, the affidavit stated.

Prior to the ‘session’ commencing, Rylaarsdam stated Dale ‘appeared intoxicated,’ along with telling investigators that it had been the first time she had ever engaged in fetish behavior, according to the affidavit.

While Dale was suffocating on the floor, Rylaarsdam performed sex acts nearby for the OnlyFans video she recorded on her phone, prosecutors alleged.

The plastic wrappings were left in place for a total of eight minutes, with Dale’s arms and legs also bound tightly, preventing him from removing the materials over his mouth and nose, prosecutors said.

Video shows Rylaarsdam, whose performer name is ‘Asshley Sincal,’ realize that something had gone horribly wrong and rush to call 911.

Cops arrived to find Rylaarsdam performing CPR on the unresponsive man, who was declared brain-dead at a hospital and, days later, removed from life support, according to the Union-Tribune.

Client had made ‘irregular’ requests

Dale’s official cause of death is lack of oxygen to the brain, according to a coroner’s report.

Rylaarsdam recorded the video for her OnlyFans profile, which she operates in partnership with her husband, Brandonaccording to the DailyMail.

A lawyer for the mother of three claims she was engaged in consensual sexual activities and did not expect Dale would die during the encounter, the San Diego Union-Tribune stated.

In text messages and phone calls in the weeks leading up to the encounter, Dale made particular ‘irregular’ requests, including that she wrap him like a mummy in Saran wrap and glue a pair of women’s boots onto his feet, according to the affidavit.

Rylaarsdam was arrested last month and is charged with second-degree murder, to which she has pleaded not guilty, two years almost after the BDSM episode. She is awaiting her trial from jail, where she is held without bond, Mercury News reported.

Deputy District Attorney David Jarman, who is prosecuting the case, said the evidence supported a second-degree murder charge for Rylaarsdam. ‘The evidence showed that he hired her to perform bondage acts and fetish acts,’ he said.

‘There is no indication that he asked her to obstruct his breathing, asked her to put tape over his mouth, asked her to put a plastic bag over his head.’

Rylaarsdam’s defense attorney, David Cohen, said it’s ‘clear there was no intent to kill.” “She acted appropriately when she realized this was a problem.’
