Glenn Allen Beeman III, Pueblo, Colorado 19-year-old man shoots & kills his father and mother, Glenn Allen Beeman Jr. and Amanda ‘Mandy’ Leigh Manion then self in double murder-suicide. Police continue to investigate motive and circumstances leading up to overnight tragedy.
A murder-suicide in Pueblo, Colorado has left three people dead including a 40 year old man, a 41-year-old woman and the shooter, the couple’s 19-year-old son, who was found deceased from a self inflicted gunshot wound at a nearby second location.
Police received a call just on 1:00 a.m. Saturday, April 4 on 4th Street, just east of Joplin Avenue along with ShotSpotter identifying multiple gunshots. When officers arrived, they found one person dead in the street and another victim inside a vehicle nearby. Both were dead from mortal gunshot wounds, according to FOX21.
The Pueblo County Coroner’s Office identified the victims as 40-year-old Glenn Allen Beeman Jr. and 41-year-old Amanda ‘Mandy’ Leigh Manion.
No known motive
Police were also called in at a nearby second location in Pueblo West in which police allege the body of a man with a self inflicted gunshot wound, 19-year-old Glenn Allen Beeman III was discovered.
Although police declined to identify the man’s relationship to the victims, social media identified the 19-year-old as the slain man and woman’s son.
Social media users stated the son shooting his father and his mother before shortly later taking his own life.
Not immediately clear is what led to the son targeting his own father and mother.
Police said the killings were part of an ongoing homicide investigation and asked anyone with information to contact Pueblo police or Crime Stoppers.
