Bianca Huntley, DHL manager and pregnant mom of two shot dead while driving along Atlanta Interstate 75 (I-75) during rush hour after leaving work. No arrests or suspects as her family suspect shooting was targeted.
A pregnant mom of two in Atlanta was shot and killed while driving on the Interstate 75 during peak hour traffic near the Atlanta airport.
Bianca Huntley, 34, was driving home from work Tuesday evening along the northbound lanes of I-75 near North Central Avenue, circa 6:15 p.m.when she was gunned down.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers responded around 6:15 p.m. on April 14 to reports of a person shot on I-75 northbound near North Central Avenue Southwest. When officers arrived, they found Huntley inside her white BMW SUV suffering from a gunshot wound.

She was transported to hospital in critical condition but was pronounced dead, 11 Alive reported.
Police located her SUV pulled over in the median, its turn signal still blinking. Investigators with the department’s homicide unit are working to determine exactly where along the interstate the shooting took place.
Bianca’s mother, Gloria Allen, says she doesn’t believe the shooting was a random act of road rage violence but instead a targeted attack.
Was Atlanta I-75 shooting targeted?
Huntley who hailed from Greensboro, North Carolina, had moved to Atlanta, Georgia about nine years ago and had recently earned a promotion as quality manager at courier and logistics company, DHL where she worked.
‘She had just gotten a promotion,’ her mother said. ‘She was building something for herself and her children.’
‘You’re talking about a light, a shining light that got snuffed out,’ stated the mother.
Adding, ‘I’m a woman of faith, vengeance belongs to God but my daughter will be vindicated.’
By the age of 30, Huntley had purchased her own home and was raising her daughters, ages 14 and 5, on her own, the mother said.
To date authorities have yet to identify and suspects, what may have led to the shooting and are offering a reward of $5K for any information that may lead to an arrest in the case.
