Brenda Meza, Greeley, Colorado middle school secretary goes on the run after she’s accused of sexually assaulting 13-year-old student for many months as cops seek to arrest her.
Colorado authorities are seeking the whereabouts of a former middle school secretary who is accused of sexually abusing a student.
According to the Greeley Police Department, Brenda Meza, 34, sexually abused a 13-year-old student for several months while employed with the Greeley-Evans School District 6. She is wanted on several felony charges.
Greeley police said officers responded to a home on Feb. 12 after receiving a report about the alleged abuse. Meza was placed on administrative leave that day.

On Feb. 25, Meza was terminated from her position, according to a letter sent to families at Franklin Middle School where she had worked since 2020.
In the letter, the principal said authorities believe Meza fled the state to avoid prosecution.
Officials have not been able to make contact with the wanted woman.
