Jourdan Feasby, Kenosha mom of three young children killed in apartment fire on Thanksgiving Day is left shattered as she tries to process loss and deaths of her 3 kids.

The mother of three young children lost to a Kenosha apartment fire on Thanksgiving Day has described descending into hell upon being told news of her three children’s tragic demise.

‘You can sit here and say all you want to, ‘I would have done this, this and this,’ and in the situation it’s completely different,’ said the children’s mother, Jourdan Feasby, speaking to CBS 58.

‘But I will tell you that if I was in that situation, without a doubt, my kids would’ve been out or I would’ve been dead with them,’ she told the outlet.

Feasby’s three kids, 10-year-old Rylee, 9-year-old Connor, and 7-year-old Alena, were killed after she dropped them at their father’s place that morning so they could spend the holiday with him.

But that night she received a call from her sister with tragic news: all three of her kids had died in the Kenosha apartment fire. The blaze broke out at around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

Rylee and Connor were both killed at the scene — their younger sister, Alena was rushed to a hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

The children’s father, Feasby’s former partner, Joshua ‘Josh’ Kannin had survived, suffering smoke inhalation. He has since been released from hospital. Both Josh and Jourdan shared 50-50% custody of their children.

Kenosha mom’s world unravels as cause of fire yet to be determined

‘I was so excited for Christmas shopping but now it’s just caskets,’ the grieving mother told CBS 58. ‘They brought all of this light that now I don’t have.’

Processing news of the children’s deaths, Feasby recalled not ‘being able to process what I was hearing on the phone,’ speaking to WISN.

‘They were just my whole world, and they were literally the brightest things that I have ever had in my life,’ the devastated parent added. ‘I feel so alone, to go from having my whole world to nothing.’

‘It does bring you peace that they are all together, that way none of them are alone, but it’s also hard in a selfish sense for myself because I didn’t want to get left behind.’

The mother in a Facebook post has since called into question her former partner’s account of the evening of the tragedy and why the dad managed to survive but not their children.

Wrote the mom in part, ‘Bottom line the story doesn’t add up and there are holes in the story. if he would have brought the kids out when he went out knocking they would be here.’

‘No man that tried to save his children from a fire would look like how I look right now it just wouldn’t! I’m putting the facts out there that isn’t bashing! He doesn’t have a single burn or mark nothing SPOTLESS!

‘I can’t wait to get all the camera footage of everything! from all angles! Because that will show the truth!’

Wisconsin authorities have yet to say what sparked the fire amid ongoing investigations.
