Carlo ‘Kingston’ Dorelli, Port Orange, Florida 11 year old student at Creekside Middle school arrested after threatening school shootings and sharing weapons cache on video call. Pre-teen insists it was all a joke.

A Florida 11 year old boy was arrested on Monday after allegedly bragging about having a massive cache of weapons amid plans to execute a ‘kill list’ at two different schools, a sheriff said.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office seized a stockpile of air-soft guns, knives and swords after Carlo ‘Kingston’ Dorelli, 11, of Port Orange, showed a video of his ‘weapons’ cache to classmates and threatened violence, Sheriff Mike Chitwood stated in a Facebook post.

Authorities said they received a tip from students at Creekside Middle School that Dorelli showed off his collection of weapons in a FaceTime call, along with a list of targets.

‘I was just joking- or was he?’

‘Some said they could not tell if the weapons were real or fake’, WESH reported

‘He had written a list of names and targets. He says it was all a joke,’ Chitwood shared.

Carlo Dorelli has since insisted it was all ‘just a joke’. Or was it?

Dorelli was booked on a felony charge for a written threat of a mass shooting. The sheriff’s office following the 11 year old’s arrest in a bid to dissuade other youths published a video of officers leading the youngster into a jailhouse with handcuffs on his wrists and ankles.

They also published his mugshot along with a photo of replica assault rifles, samurai swords and throwing stars displayed on a table, similar to the one reserved for the arrest of drug kin pins and their hauls.

Which is to wonder how does an 11 year old boy accumulate such a weapons stockpile?

The ‘photo op’ follows Chitwood previously vowing to ‘perp-walk’ kids who make prank threats amid a flood of bogus tips in the wake of the deadly shooting at Apalachee High School in Georgia that left four dead earlier this month.

Avalanche of phony school shooting tips

‘Every time we make an arrest, your kid’s photo is going to be put out there … We’re gonna come and get you. We’re going to put you out for public embarrassment,’ Chitwood said in a press conference last week, after Florida authorities received 54 phony tips of impending school shootings in a single night according to the nypost.

Florida isn’t the only state inundated with threats to shoot up schools at the hands of pre teens and other teens.

On Friday, cops in Foley, Alabama, arrested two teens for ‘making a terrorist threat’ on social media, according to local police, just days after a school in that town was placed on lockdown when a teacher overheard a student talking about having a weapon.

The same day, a 12-year-old and 15-year-old were arrested in Indianapolis in two different cases of threats against their school district, according to WFYI Indianapolis.

Two 12-year-olds were arrested last week in Texas, where authorities have booked at least 10 youngsters for threats of school violence in this school year alone, reported My San Antonio

Chitwood, at least, has had enough: ‘For the little bastards out there who think this is funny, ha ha ha, you want to get on social media: You ain’t that smart … You’re getting caught,’ he said.

Adding, ‘For all those parents who don’t want to raise their kids, I am gonna start raising your kids….’ Indeed.
