Lucas Kalisher, Loveland, Colorado, CEO arrested assaulting teen boy at In and Out Burger joint after accidentally splashing water on his wife.
Little love lost … A Denver area CEO in Colorado has been arrested for assaulting a 15 year old boy, after throwing the teen to the floor of a fast food outlet after ‘accidentally’ splashing his wife while tossing water at his friends earlier this month.
Lucas Kalisher, 55, was charged with second-degree assault by cops in Loveland, Colorado, over the August 4th incident at an In N-Out-Burger in the Denver suburb.
The executive was filmed hurling an unidentified child down onto the tiled floor of a restaurant after the young boy inadvertently striking his wife with water droplets while splashing a pal.
‘You don’t treat a lady that way!’
The episode led to a warrant being issued for the executive’s arrest, Tuesday night, some ten days after the fracas with Kalisher turning himself in to authorities at the Larimer County Jail.
Viral viral on TikTok showed the ‘enraged’ CEO grabbing the teen by the the neck and yelling at him to ‘apologize’ to a blonde haired woman.
‘You don’t treat a lady that way,’ Kalisher is heard yelling, as the 15 year old pals watch on in horror, miming in disbelief, ‘You don’t … a kid like that.’
As the 15 year old struggled to his feet, Kalisher repeatedly demanded the boy ‘say sorry, say you are sorry!’
The video went on to spark wide rebuke online.
Posted Momma5Love on TikTok: ‘FYI: This KID was unrelated to the man! Water was accidentally splashed on the woman & this was how he reacted. How she encouraged him to react…’
Responded one commentator, ‘Bro that man is scary, those kids probably didn’t even even know what to do.’
And another, ‘It does not matter what that boy could’ve done in that restaurant I guarantee you it wasn’t anything to deserve THAT type of reaction from a stranger,’

Wrote another, ‘I would call my dad IMMEDIATELY! He would have gone home, after the hospital’
Not all responses expressed antipathy towards the CEO, with one individual commenting, ‘Great job sir!! Kid learned something today!’
But there was more to come.
The father of one of the other teens wrote in a Facebook group hours after the episode that his ‘son’s teenaged friend was assaulted by a full grown man in the In-N-Out in Loveland over accidentally getting water on his wife.’
‘Does any body know this man so there can be some justice for this young man! Feel free to share this!
Kalisher is the CEO and principal member at Summit Source Funding according to a screenshot of his Facebook profile. He has removed his Facebook and Linkedin profile since the incident.
In June, the executive purchased a sprawling 2,595 square-foot home in Loveland that features four bedrooms, two baths at $1,075,000, according to Zillow.
On August 4 around 1am., Loveland Police Officers were dispatched to the In-N-Out Restaurant located at 1450 Fall River Drive in Loveland. Officers contacted a 15-year-old male according to the dailymail.
Kalisher is due in court for a bond hearing Wednesday August 14 at 1.30pm (MST).
