Allison Weaver Rochester Hills, Michigan woman charged with criminal sexual conduct after attacking her female friend, telling her she, ‘had to die today’.
A Rochester Hills, Michigan woman has been accused of strangling and biting off her friend’s ear in what she described as a ‘sex game gone wrong’ – which also left her victim with bite marks on her face and throat.
Allison Thompson Weaver, 44, was found partially nude and covered in blood along with her 48-year-old female friend last month in an Oakland County apartment.
The incident comes as Weaver told responding officers she’d been playing a wolf and her victim a vampire. Claims that her victim denied, insisting she’d been attacked while asleep.
Cops found the victim with her ear partially detached, and puncture wounds along her neck and arms, as well as face and neck, WTAE reported.
‘Ms. Weaver told me that they were having consensual sex and that [the victim] was a vampire and that Ms. Weaver was the wolf,’ responding officer Deputy Shawn Hopkins testified in court on Tuesday.
‘One was lying on the floor. Another was kneeling next to her, and they’re both in this dazed and confused [state].’
Police responded to a call from a neighbor in the apartment below reporting two women fighting and one moaning and calling for help in the early hours of September 17.
Officers entered the apartment through an unlocked door and found Weaver hovering over the unnamed victim in the master bedroom, both covered in blood.
The victim had several bite marks on her face and her ear was partially bitten off clickondetroit reported.
‘They saw the two women covered in blood,’ said Sgt. Jason Dalbec, of the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. ‘One was lying on the floor. Another was kneeling next to her, and they’re both in this dazed and confused [state].’
Hopkins said the victim denied the alleged attack was part of consensual sex.
‘She said no. Based on the injuries, the blood, we weren’t sure exactly what we had at the point,’ Hopkins said. ‘[Weaver]was taken into custody and removed from the room to protect any further happening.’
‘Sorry [name], but you’re gonna have to die today,’
The 48-year-old woman told police she’d invited Weaver to her home for drinks, only for her to make sexual advances toward her. When she refused and went to bed, she was awakened by Weaver, who’d removed her clothes and was strangling and biting her, according to officials.
‘I remember her strangling me. The next thing I remember is trying to get away and hearing her, as clear as day, with no reflection in her tone, just saying, ”Sorry [name], but you’re gonna have to die today,” the victim testified.
‘I just started screaming bloody murder and banging on the floor, [saying], ”No, no, no. I can’t believe I’m going to die like this. Someone come and please help, help, help.” ‘
Police say Weaver had been drinking and unknown drugs were recovered at the scene.
She’s been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to do great bodily harm and assault with intent to main and assault by strangulation.
‘This is very unusual,’ said Sgt. Dalbec. ‘This is one of those cases that will be once in a lifetime for deputies.’
