Ellen McMillion Disney super fan banned from outlet’s Florida theme parks after aggressive and drunken behavior. ‘Give me a cigarette now!’
A Disney super fan has been banned for life from all of the company’s Florida theme parks following accusations of drunk and aggressive behavior authorities said. Define drunk. Define aggressive?
Ellen McMillion, 53, of Brandon, Florida was ousted from Disney’s Hollywood Studios last Thursday after the woman hit a taxi driver in the parking lot, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said McMillion started slapping the driver when she asked him for a cigarette and he told her he didn’t have one.
When authorities confronted McMillion, she was observed slurring her words, reeking of alcohol along with exhibiting trouble maintaining her balance, WKMG reported.
She told deputies she was intoxicated and wouldn’t cooperate with the investigation until she received a cigarette, authorities said. She also hurled profanities at nearby children and threw her purse on the ground when asked for identification.
While under arrest, McMillon allegedly kicked a deputy twice in the leg as she was placed in the back of a squad car, officials said.
She faces charges of disorderly intoxication and battery on a law enforcement officer according to a filed criminal complaint.
But there’s more.
‘Got to meet Pluto!’
McMillon — whose Facebook page is overflowing with photos from Disney parks — has also been banned from entering Walt Disney World in Florida.
Her Facebook page appears to show that she made near-weekly visits to the amusement parks, along with sharing tips with other ‘Disney lovers’.
Posted the woman in one pictorial, ‘Got to meet Pluto!’
A spokesperson for Disney said Tuesday the company has ‘no tolerance for violence.’
Disney officials declined to comment on McMillion’s arrest, saying that ‘this is a law enforcement matter.’
