Tracie Alexandria Casler a 30 year old Milton, Florida woman has been charged with sex charges after giving birth to a 14 year old boy’s baby.
The charges stem after a then 29 year old, Casler met her victim last October, before proceeding to engage with him sexually, only to become pregnant and give birth to the teen boy’s child nine months later, in July of this year.
An arrest report filed by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office cited the victim, a student at Escambia High School going to a Halloween party and getting ‘messed up’, where upon the child returned with Casler at her residence.
From there, Casler led the boy up the stairs, before sexually engaging with the child.
The teen said it was the only time he had sex with Casler reported the Pensacola News Journal.
The report did not specify their relationship and whether the pair continued seeing each other in any capacity.
Upon Casler giving birth July 23, some nine months after the party, the woman spoke to family and friends about her situation. Cops opened an investigation days later.
The Florida Dept. of Children and Families conducted a DNA test on Casler’s four month old in September but the results are redacted in the report.
Casler has since been booked with one count of lewd and lascivious battery with a victim aged 12 to 16, a second degree felony.
She was booked at Santa Rosa County Jail on Nov. 9 and remained in custody as of Wednesday morning with a bond set at $30,000.
