The ‘Jewels on Toast’ delivered plenty of zip with ricotta cheese and tart apples, atop a most satisfying crunch. The Salt & Pepper Shrimp, on the other hand, were simple as they were delicious.
My favorite sampling of the night, however, was the Grilled Flatbread: A happy marriage of apple, smoked bacon, bleu cheese, black pepper truffle and honey; the mouthwatering medley of flavors was impossible to put down.
