A Pennsylvania man is accused of beating his mother to death at their Sewickley Township home over the weekend with home surveillance capturing the pair arguing before the son repeatedly assaulting the mother for over an hour as the parent pleaded for her son to stop.
Christin Hamilton was found by her daughter beaten and naked outside her Westmoreland County, West Newton home circa 9 a.m., Sunday morning CBS reported.
The mother’s death was recorded at 12.05 p.m, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported.

Sewickley Township man beats mom for an hour leaving her for dead
Authorities allege that Hamilton’s 29-year-old son, Jakob Korber, beat his mother to death earlier in the morning, just as she was starting her day, circa 7.20 a.m,.
News crews caught dramatic footage of the moment the son surrendering to police on the side of the road later that afternoon.
Hamilton was wearing a towel and stepped outside to let her dog out when her son confronted her – and then allegedly began his hour-long assault that authorities said was recorded by a camera in front of the home.
‘It’s a horrific thing for what the victim had to go through, and it’s disgusting to watch,’ Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Steven Limani said.
“She went through hell for over an hour, and it was at the hands of her son,” the official said according to TribLive.
Following the assault, Kober went to sleep in a nearby field.
The alleged killer was then seen walking on a road near the house around 5 p.m., where he was met by police and taken into custody.
No known murder motive
Dramatic footage of the arrest captured by KDKA shows the scraggly son walking up the road with his hands in his pockets, wearing a hi-vis vest, grimly eyeing the camera.
He’s then met by state troopers, who cuff him after he puts his hands behind his back and surrenders to cops.
Korber has been charged with criminal homicide, according to the Westmoreland County DA’s office.
The son’s arrest comes after Korber recently making threats against police according to court papers.
Korber’s prior criminal history includes a couple impaired driving charges and a marijuana possession charge. He was sentenced to probation in three cases, according to online court records.
Not immediately clear is what led to the mother and son arguing and the son unrelenting continuing to bash the parent to death.
