Florida man, Peter Wagman booked on domestic battery charges after pouring ketchup all over his girlfriend while she slept cause he suspected her of cheating on him.
A Florida man who suspected his girlfriend was having an affair allegedly poured ketchup on her while she slept and yelled: ‘That’s what you get, b****!’.
Peter Wagman, 37, was arrested and charged with domestic battery early Sunday morning.
He was taken into custody after police were called to the Pinellas Park home he has shared with his companion, Heather King, for the past 11 years, after the boyfriend accused the woman of cheating on him.
The alleged incident took place at around 4:45am on Sunday, according to the arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
‘The defendant and victim have been in arguments over infidelity by the victim,’ according to the arrest report.
King told police she fell asleep in the bedroom only to wake up while ketchup was being poured on her by Wagman.
Police said that when they arrived they saw King ‘covered in ketchup.’
Wagman denies the allegations, though investigators noticed he had ketchup on the right side of his pants.
Police do not believe that drugs, alcohol, or mental illness were factors in the case.
Of note, both Wagman and King have previously been arrested for battering each other, though charges in those separate cases were eventually dropped by prosecutors. In April, the Smokinggun reported the woman was busted after allegedly striking Wagman as they argued in their residence. During that dispute, cops noted, the couple ‘took turns writing on their bed, and carving their names into the bed.’
