Howard Matthew Webb: Tennessee man dips balls in salsa sauce over 89 cent video which went viral.

Who knew salsa could come with such a zingy taste? Case in point- one Tennessee man who found himself taken into custody last week after allegedly putting both his testicles in a customer’s salsa container after purportedly finding himself ‘agitated’ over a low tip.

Booked was 31 year old delivery man, Howard Matthew Webb after a 14-second video surfacing of his ‘revenge antics’ against a low-paying customer last month.

Police said Webb was a passenger in a vehicle when the order was delivered Jan. 12 by an independent contractor for Dinner Delivered, an online meal-ordering service based in Maryville.

The laughing driver allegedly filmed Webb placing his testicles in the customer’s salsa and posted a video, saying, ‘This is what you get when you give an 89 cents tip for an almost 30-minute drive.’

‘Webb is heard saying, ‘Oh, oh, it feels good,’ the arrest warrant said.

The video began to circulate online, and Dinner Delivered notified authorities the Knoxville News Sentinel reported.

Cops arrested Webb and charged him with adulteration of food, liquids, or pharmaceuticals. He remained in jail Wednesday on $45,000 bond. His hearing is scheduled for March 12th.

Of note, Webb’s arrest warrant stated him and the un-named driver picking up the ‘victim’s’ food for delivery from a local Mexican restaurant. The company issued a refund for the tainted food.

But there’s more. The Daily Times has since reported the delivery driver implicated in the video is now also out of a job. Can anyone guess why?
