Why decline? A Florida woman is facing domestic battery charges for allegedly hurling a burrito and soft shell taco at her husband during an argument over the man’s birthday meal over the weekend, cops said.
Esha Persad, 34, was booked with domestic battery for the fast-food assault, the St. Petersburg Police Department said. The incident occurred just after midnight on Saturday, FOX Orlando reported.
The outlet reported Persad and her husband of five years getting into an argument after she bought him food from Taco Bell and McDonald’s for his birthday, (but what if it was her birthday …?) a police affidavit stated.
At some point during the ensuing ‘disagreement’, Persad allegedly threw the birthday burrito and soft taco shell at her husband. The burrito was still on the man’s face (do you suppose …?) when cops arrived at the home, media reported.
Responding officers stated the husband did not appear to be injured. Little did they realize the ignominity and torment the man felt inside …
During questioning, Persaid claimed throwing the food item at her husband because he threw a bag at her, which the chastized husband denied.
The victim’s wife was booked into the Pinellas County jail and was released later that day, according to jail records.
Esha Persad according to her worker bio is a local dentist who ‘underwent dental trauma during her own childhood.’
Define trauma?
