Southwest Airlines fight breaks out between black man and white man after accusations of aggressively bumping into assailant’s wife. Continued aggression over America’s skies.
Define flying etiquette? Yet again. Video has yet again captured mayhem erupting on a US air carrier after a ‘white’ passenger, being accused of ‘aggressively’ bumping into a mom, leading to the ‘black’ husband retaliating by widely swinging and punching said passenger.
The fantastic brawl (cause they’re always fantastic when we can watch them on slow motion from the comforts of our home) erupted Monday on a Southwest Airlines flight preparing to take off from Dallas to Phoenix when the attacker, who was with his wife and kids, accused a heavily tattooed man of being aggressive, WFAA reported.
Video shows the unhinged dad attacking the other man while other passengers try to separate them, yelling, ‘Do not hit him again,’ ‘Let go of him’ and ‘Stop it now.’
But to no avail, only for our collective hero to continue flying off the handle (pun intended).

‘I will die for my family’ and other hysterics on a packed plane
Praying to myself sitting two rows back that I make it off the plane in one piece.
The woman who recorded the fracas told Fox News that when the tattooed passenger accidentally bumped into the man’s wife, ‘he started mouthing off’.
She told the outlet that the dad punched the other man ‘four to five times’ before she started to record the action.
When things settled a bit, the assailant claimed the victim having approached his family ‘aggressively.’
‘I will sit down in jail for you approaching my family. I will die for my family,’ he says in another video. ‘Don’t play with my family! That’s why I beat your ass!’
Maybe we will all die if the plane should suddenly lose control. But that’s for another article that this author hopes to never have to write.
Continuing. Witnesses said both men were escorted off the plane, with the Dallas Police Department saying no one was arrested.

Another day in LA-LA land
Told the Southwest in a released statement:
‘Our Flight Crews are well trained in de-escalation and we commend them for managing the situation and ensuring the Safety and Comfort of the other Passengers in the cabin,’
‘We don’t have further details to share, except that the flight arrived on-time and as scheduled,’ the statement added.
Monday’s episode follows that of another ‘air rage encounter’ which involved a 33-year-old man trying to open a window mid-flight and threatening to ‘kill every man‘ on a United Airlines journey.
