Samantha Kershner sentenced to probation after Nebraska woman has sex with her father, Travis Fieldgrove after ‘jealous’ competition with her half sister to seduce father.

A Nebraska woman has been spared jail for marrying her biological father following a competition with her half-sister over who could have sex with him.

Samantha Kershner, 21, met biological dad Travis Fieldgrove, 40, when she was 17 after pleading with her mother to reveal the man’s identity.

Father and daughter soon after meeting each other- started sleeping together in the beginning of 2018 – sparked in part by a ‘jealous competition with her half-sister regarding who could have sex with their father,‘ according to court documents obtained by the Omaha World-Herald.

Notice of father and daughter marrying each other last October led to authorities investigating the pair on breach of incest The Omaha World-Herald reported.

An arrest affidavit revealed father and daughter marrying on Oct. 1 at the Adams County Courthouse in Hastings.

DNA results showed a 99.999% probability that Fieldgrove was her dad, the affidavit said.

Kershner was initially charged with incest but pleaded no contest to reduced charges of misdemeanor false reporting, KHGI TV reported.

The daughter avoided jail time and was sentenced in Hall County court to nine months of probation according to the media outlet.

Kershner’s probation sentencing follows her father last month being sentenced to two years jail, and ordered to serve a year’s post-release supervision with no contact with his daughter.

But there’s more.

The pair also still yet to face legal issues in Adams County after father and daughter were booked with incest for getting married there, with Kershner also facing a charge of making false statements under oath.
