Tamora Angel Foster a 39 year old Nederland, Texas woman is sentenced 50 years jail after forcing eleven year old boy to have (repeated) sex with her.

A 39 year old Texas woman has been sentenced to 50 years jail after forcing an eleven year old boy to have sex with her.

The sentencing follows Tamora Angel Foster of Nederland being indicted in July 2016 on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

On Friday, Tamora Foster was found guilty by a jury, according to a release from the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office

According to court documents, Foster forced the 11-year-boy, described as a family member to have sexual intercourse and oral sex in the summer of 2015.

The abuse occurred a second time in 2016 when the victim was 12.

Judge Raquel West sentenced Foster to 50 years in prison with no chance of parole.

Told Assistant District Attorney Kim Pipkin in a statement, ‘It’s hard to imagine a more emotional and disturbing set of facts than those in this case,’

‘I want to thank the jury for their verdict, law enforcement and CPS for their investigations, each of the witnesses for their testimony, the Garth House for their support, and most importantly, the victim for being so courageous.’

Along with her mandatory 50 year jail sentence, Foster will have to register as a sex offender for life.

To date it remained unclear as to why the woman targeted the minor boy relative.

According to The Examiner, her co-defendant, 62-year-old James Shoemaker, was set for trial this past week as well, but his case has not yet been adjudicated.

Shoemaker is currently being held in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility on a $100,000 bond for one charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child and has been in custody since September 2016.

Foster, who also goes by the last name Villenez, had been free on bail awaiting trial but was taken back into the custody of Jefferson County Jail staff on March 9.

Records show that she was arrested in 1998 for possession of marijuana under two ounces.

Foster’s sentencing follows that of other female sexual predators preying on teen males, as evidenced by an unrelenting appetite amongst some female teachers, abusing their position of authority, trust and power….
