Frederick teens rape classmate after ordered by female student: Police seek a third male suspect after the trio acted on the behest of a female classmate.
Booked was 19 year old man, Victor Antonio Gonzalez-Guttierres and 17-year-old teen Edgar Natanal Chicas-Hernandez, who was charged as an adult given the serious nature of the crimes.
The pair’s booking comes after Chicas-Hernandez was located and arrested on September 12 reported foxbaltimore. The following day Gonzalez Gutierres was also arrested. Police say both subjects were taken into custody without incident.
Court documents point to a third suspect, a third male who was also involved in the abduction, and sexual assault of the un-named school-girl.
Investigators also focused on a female acquaintance whose identity was not released. That suspect has repeatedly denied any involvement despite the victim’s assertion that she’d been told by her abductors they had been commissioned on her behest.

A report via The Frederick News-Post told of the victim saying she’d been grabbed from behind while while walking home after midnight on Sept. 2, taken to an apartment and sexually assaulted.
According to police, she said two were classmates who allegedly told her they were acting on orders from a younger female acquaintance.
Told Detective Joe Palkovic of the Frederick Police Department, ‘This is very, very rare in my experience,’
Adding, ‘The violence of it and the nature of the crime, the fact that this involves someone laying in wait, kidnapping the victim and then taking her to a separate location to rape her, is very rare.’
According to court documents, the girl recognized two young boys from her class – Gonzalez-Guttierres and Chicas-Hernandez.
A third male suspect, yet to be identified was with the other two.
At the time of the initial abduction, the victim told of momentarily opening the front door to her residence before being pulled by the hair from behind as well as slapped. The female victim told of one of her assailants then pulling out a knife and cutting her along the chest.
Investigators say the three men took the girl’s cellphone and dragged her to a nearby car.
At some point, the trio told the girl that they were acting on orders from a younger female acquaintance.
The three men forced a rag into the girl’s mouth and drove her to an apartment in the city, according to court papers.
Police allege that Gonzalez-Guttierres and Chicas-Hernandez took turns raping the girl over the course of a few hours.

Court documents say the third suspect had his face covered and was not identifiable to the girl. The victim told of also not being able to recognize the third assailant’s voice.
That individual is alleged to have recorded the crime on his cellphone.
‘The third, unidentified man mentioned in the charging documents has not been charged. … As the investigation continues, however, we do anticipate there being additional charges in this case,’ said Lt. Clark Pennington, commander of the police department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
After the alleged rape, the three drove the girl back to where she was first abducted.
She was warned that if she notified the police, ‘next time it will be worse.’
Despite the threats, the girl came forward and spoke to police.
Investigators also spoke with several boys who were contacted on social media by the alleged mastermind of the plot.

The girl who allegedly planned the crime is said to have revealed her role during social media conversations, which were obtained by police reported cbsbaltimore.
She allegedly offered to show one of her social media friends the footage of the crime in exchange for ‘[one] night of pleasure.’
In her statements to police, the younger girl who allegedly masterminded the kidnapping and rape denied any role in the crime, saying that claims by the male suspects that they acted at her behest were false.
Of disconcert, court documents allude to ‘some evidence that this victim [the older girl] was indirectly threatened before the incident.’ Police continue to investigate such claims.
Upon their arrest, Gonzalez-Guttierres and Chicas-Hernandez were charged with kidnapping, first-degree rape, sodomy, and first- and second-degree assault.
Charging documents stated the two charged individuals had possible gang affiliations. To date, police have not identified either as a ‘validated gang member’.
Of note, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement Thursday that the agency has lodged an immigration detainer for Gonzalez-Guttierres. ICE says he is from El Salvador.
