Susan Boykin a 53 year old Clarksville, Tenn. woman is charged with sexual battery of 15 year old boy on school bus. Also charged is the female bus driver.

Also making the ‘I can too’ tabloid rounds is 53 year old Clarksville, Tennessee woman, Susan Boykin after boarding a school bus and sexually assaulting a 15 year old teen boy.

A report via clarksvillenow told of Boykin entering the vehicle before proceeding to the back of the bus and assaulting the boy.

According to an arrest warrant, Boykin started harassing the teen, laying on top of him while she ‘kissed and hugged him.’

But there’s more.

The warrant stated Boykin had ‘tried to take the student with her,’ while telling the boy ‘it’s your birthday so we can do whatever you want’. Boykin is alleged to have invited the boy to her house to participate to pursue ‘other unknown activities.’

During police interviews, the victim, a student at Kenwood High School said he didn’t know who Boykin was and that he was afraid since she knew where he lives. The teen reported the incident, which was also captured on the school bus security camera.

Upon her arrest, Boykin was held at the Montgomery County Jail on $75,000 bond where she now faces charges of sexual battery and trespassing on school property.

But hold on. There’s more.

Come Monday, bus driver, Ruth Blackwell who’d allowed Boykin on the bus was also charged. School protocol forbids the carrying of passengers other than that of students.

According to a report via WKRN News 2 charges against the woman come after she failed to report the sexual assault incident, which occurred on her last day of employment, to anyone or call 911 at any point.

At some point during the incident, Blackwell allegedly said, ‘Thank God it’s my last day’ because, if it hadn’t been, she would have ‘been fired for this.’

Blackwell has since been charged with criminal responsibility and is jailed on a $50,000 bond.

Yet to be necessarily understood is why the bus driver declined to report the incident and whether she would have most certainly reported the episode had the gender of the attacker and the victim being reversed….
