Samantha Jewel Hernandez attacks Vero Beach, Florida man, Lucas Truesdale after refusing to have sex with his fiancee.
A 21-year-old Florida woman has been arrested for attacking her fiancé after the man refused to sleep with her.
Samantha Jewel Hernandez was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning after her husband to be- Lucas Truesdale, 21, called the police.
He said Hernandez was running around naked and in a drunk stupor before attacking him at their home in Vero Beach after ‘declining’ to have sex with her.
Noted a copy of the police report in part, ‘Hernandez was angry at that fact that he did not want to have sex and began attacking him, striking him in the face and ripping his shirt’.
When officers arrived at the couple’s apartment, Hernandez was observed to be drunk, naked and ‘belligerent’.
Define belligerent?

During questioning, the woman told officers she had not done ‘anything’ to her fiancee but conceded being ‘too intoxicated’ to give any other information and was put in the police car.
But it gets grimmer.
Once inside the vehicle, the woman pretended to be unconscious before spitting on a police officer when he spoke to her reported the smokinggun.
The woman was booked into county jail afterwards on charges of felony battery on an officer and domestic violence.
Of note, the arrest marked Hernandez’s second arrest in less than a year.
Last August, she was arrested for disorderly conduct.
The woman’s fiancee was left with red scratches to his face and neck. The man’s shirt was also torn in the incident.
Hernandez was released on a $6,000 bond and is due back in court later this year.
It remains unclear if the ‘couple’ are still contemplating marriage to each other.
