Lindsey Pelas Instagram star explains why she’s going to continue flaunting her brand of self love and what she really thinks of all the ‘slut shamers.’

Entering the tabloid sweepstakes is former Playboy bunny and current Instagram star, model and hot bikini babe Lindsey Pelas who has made a name for herself with her unrelenting capacity to show off her vixen body.

A capacity that Lindsey Pelas recently explained has led to her having to endure endless slut shaming.

Notes one recent instagram post (see directly above) to her more than 3.5 million followers: ‘ ‘Casually rolls over to grab the last cheetah…#toasted buns #myideadofredbottoms’.

While for most, such posts are tongue and cheek and show off the model’s wit and spunk (and of course her pert buttocks amongst other things… sigh), for others, explains the model in a new feature, just another opportunity to condemn a woman and sexualize her.

Lindsey Pelas

In a video post for cosmopolitan (see directly below), the 24 year old Louisiana native waxes proudly about her curvy, toned boy and is adamant that she isn’t going to cover up ‘just because someone told me to.’

The instagram star goes on to explain how she’s been called everything from a ‘whore’, ‘bixch’ and ‘ho’ and more and isn’t going to stop taking ‘sexy pics flaunting her posterior and 30H breasts.

Explains the instagram star who maintains a rigorous fitness and health regimen to maintain her looks: ’The nasty attention I got wasn’t really fair,’

‘It makes me feel good to take a cute picture of myself. If I feel good that I have cleavage, if I like my shirt, I’m gonna do what I wanna do, ’cause it’s natural to me.’

So much for modesty some of you may wonder. Then again in a society where maintaining a large social media following and legitimately reveling in one’s own narcissistic beauty often goes a long way in securing well paid marketing gigs. Gigs and opportunities that marketers hungrily savor in aligning their brand to rising instagram stars. A role Lindsey Pelas is more than happy to morph into thank you very much.

Contemplates Lindsey Pelas: ‘We have a society that wants you to cover up, that wants you to change the way you look because it makes someone uncomfortable. Why does what I do offend anyone else?’

While previous generations have erred on the side of being conservative, and subdued, Pelas isn’t afraid to admit focusing on ones self and feeling good about things one does can also help one get through.

Explains the model: ‘I practice a lot of self-love,’

‘I feel like self-love will kind of protect you from all the nasty stuff.’

Let’s of course hope that there are other things Pelas thinks about and does that makes her feel good beyond herself.

And what advice does Lindsey offer other women who have come to be ‘slut shamed’?

Advises the model: ‘My advice for young women who feel slut-shamed on the internet is to know that it’s probably not going to end, and to keep doing whatever it is that you want to do.’

From there the balance of the video explains the downsides of being as genetically gifted and endowed as Lindsey Pelas (she insists her 30DDD and 30H are au natural), from finding the right outfit to complement one’s boobs and picking out the right uniform for fitness classes.

Explains, Pelas: ‘Every time a girl who’s super-busty bends over, she has to hold the girls, to they’re going to fall out.’

‘Also, you always look vulgar in regular clothing. It can be a T-shirt,a floral dress,a wedding dress, a nightgown, whatever.’

Real world issues you may wonder. Or simply the day to day realities of an instagram star who understands trends in social media, marketing, the expectations of women themselves and the unspoken rule that in today’s society, as much as a woman is (theoretically) implored to celebrate her wit, her mind and character, it’s her looks that society secretly craves. Even if some members of society are willing to condemn women for being the very thing that society/the press/pop culture demands and covets….
