South African tourism bosses are infuriated after it was revealed Lions Head Mountain located at Cape Town’s South Africa National Parks was the scene of a new adult film (see clip below) this weekend.
The action packed movie surfaced online over the weekend after a still image of the action packed drama began to go viral on social media. Indeed.
Officials at first had expressed doubt as to whether the still image was legitimate but would confirm the inevitable after a staff member watched the video verifying the site location.
Responded National Parks spokesperson Merle Collins via South Africa’s Independent Online: ‘Before we didn’t have the video, we just have a picture from the video and we thought that was Photoshopped.
‘But yesterday we found that the video was real.’
She said the agency would never grant permission for such an act, and has since sought to identify the company or people behind it.
Adding: ‘It seems they made it on the edge of the mountain. You can see a view of the city in the background, and we speculate that they had a bouncer in the area to keep the public away, because Lion’s Head is very busy.’
Whilst it is not known when the ‘thriller’ was filmed, some viewers wrote on social media they believe it was shot some time ago.
With sweeping views of Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean, Lion’s Head receives about four million visitors a year. And perhaps going forward a few million more courtesy of some adventurers film makers…
Since the video going viral, South African Tourism officials have now closed off trails leading up to Lions Head Mountain to thwart other film makers and of course those of you who are naughty and adventurous by spirit.
Please be warned, if you must watch the tape (as one is inevitably wanton to ) do it in the comfort at home and not at work kids…
