Ju Peng a 19 year old Chinese student (or is she?) from Shanghai has stoked outrage after she placed an ad offering sex to ‘temporary boyfriends’ in each city she traveled in exchange for funding of her traveling expenses.
That said the student’s advertisement came with some rigorous specifications, including that her temporary boyfriends be ‘good looking, under 30, taller than 1.75 meters and of course,’ and most importantly ‘rich.’
Continues Ju Peng’s ad: ‘They will fund my transport to their city and all my expenses while I am there and they need to be generous.’
Adding: ‘In return, they get a whole night with me, my undivided attention, and a chance to show themselves off in the company of a truly beautiful girl.’
Lest you wonder what Ju is setting herself up for the 19 year old insists she has already travelled all over eastern China this way and simply wants to see the rest of the country but does not have enough money to fund it on her own.
Reiterated the young woman: ‘It is sort of like hitch-hiking. It’s nothing to be ashamed of.’
That said social media users have said the advertisement is nothing but prostitution and have called for the ad to be taken down.
Told one Weibo user Hsin Tao: ‘If she was taking cash we’d all know what to call her. This is a disgusting way to carry on.’
At present it is not necessarily understood if the Ju Peng’s ad is still running, the number of men who have since responded or whether authorities have moved to stop her.
What do you think? Will you be responding to Ju Peng’s ad anytime soon?
