Australian dance choreographer Wade Robinson, 31 has filed a suit against Michael Jackson‘s estate to the tune of $1.6 billion. The suit comes as a result of allegations that the late Michael Jackson extensively molested, raped and sexually assaulted the choreographer between the period of 1990 to 1997 ( between the ages of 7 and 14) at the late singer’s Santa Barbara County ranch.
The claims, including that of Wade Robson posing naked during sex acts, were revealed in a 111-page document filed against the singer’s estate, MJJ productions, in the Los Angeles Superior Court, reported News.com.au.
Detailed the documents: ...activities included Jackson “putting his hand over Robson’s clothed penis,” “putting his hand inside Wade Robson’s underpants,” “taking Wade Robson’s hand and putting it over [Jackson’s] clothed penis,” “taking Wade Robson’s hand and putting it inside [Jackson’s] underpants,” “French kissing,” “rubbing Wade Robson’s penis,” “having Wade Robson rub [Jackson’s] penis,” “licking Wade Robson’s anus while [Jackson] masturbated using lotion,” “the mutual fondling of genitals” with hands and mouths, “mutual fellatio,” “lying on top of [each other] gyrating their genitals together,” “showering naked together,” and even “penetration of Wade Robson’s anus with [Jackson’s] penis,” the documents ask his estate to admit.
The documents state the late singer told Robson if anyone found out about the sexual acts, both their careers would be over and that they would go to jail.
Allegations also include Michael Jackson inviting Wade Robson and his family to stay at his ranch in February, 1990.
Its also alleged Jackson’s company helped Mr Robson apply for a U.S. work visa and employed his mother Joy in 1991.
Robson tells radaronilne accuses Jackson of first molesting him at the Neverland Ranch, while his sister slept in a separate bed just metres away.
The estate has asked to court to reject the claims on the basis that Mr Robson waited too long to file and because Jackson is the only other person with knowledge about the accusations and has been dead for more than five years.
Robson’s attorneys in turn insisted in their own correspondence that , “Just because Michael Jackson is dead does not alleviate the corporations’ responsibility to respond…”
That said the claims come after years of the choreographer supporting Michael Jackson through previous child abuse allegations.
In 2005, Robson testified in court that Jackson had never sexually abused him, which at the time helped the singer beat charges of molestation in California.
The Australian said the birth of his son, Jackson’s death and therapy that followed two breakdowns triggered his understanding that he had been molested.
