Deserts followed the presentation: Saffron and Aleppo spiced mangosemolina cake, goat yogurt sorbet and chocolate sacher ricotta cardamom mousse with coffee ice cream. Olive oil lemon cake and mint chocolate pave with pine nuts and jasmine flowers. The afternoon was a streaming success, which welcomed an extraordinary chef’s upcoming two upper west side culinary havens.
