The rest of the evening was spent marveling at high wire act of Cirque-tacular Entertainment of NYC starring Melissa Marie Wilhem and Tad Emptage (see lead photo), trying more food (but at increasingly smaller portions mind you) and sampling a variety of the vineyards. When it finally came time to leave- that too became an impossible task as we sat there under the wide sky pondering the undulating meticulous resort houses, the expansive golf course and our fiercely rumbling tummies.
