“So your landscapes, how did you get the color, what attracts you to them?”

“They started out as sunset walks through the park… the bridges in particular, the colors are so striking. And so I have my little camera named ‘Eye”, which is where “Me, Nycelf and Eye” comes from… and you know, I’m the kind of photographer that likes to shoot what I see, so the whole thing sort of grew organically from there.”

“I’d also like to talk to you about your silhouettes, tell me about ‘Amber Totem’”

“It was one of those days when I was submitting myself for modeling work and I didn’t have any photos so I went to one of those photo booths… and then the sun was pretty cool and I started looking at it and photographing it and it just happened to work out so that it fit right into the shadow and it looked like I had five heads.”
