Hoards of ladies snatched up reasonably priced flirty dresses, skirts, jackets and shirts and before long yet another line had formed, this time for the dressing rooms. The party was well underway by the time Prom King (Queen?), Zac Posen arrived with his famous friends and headed to the VIP area on the top floor.
Target representatives were kept on their toes, restocking pulled merchandise as quickly as possible and noted that an adequate supply of merchandise was on-hand in preparation for the 24-hour shopping party, so those who waited in line for up to 5 hours would be rewarded for their efforts.
Supporting Team Posen and vying for Prom Queen status: Selma Blair, Alek Wek, Claire Danes, Ginnifer Goodwin, Olivia Palermo, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Mena Suvari, Alexandra Richards, Patricia Field, Coco Rocha and Kelly Bensimon.
Tempted to at last have a word with Mr Posen himself, I alas found myself going through the bikini line myself, and I have to agree, gold is probably going to keep me busy this summer…

I had to laugh when I read this article. I am from Chicago and am guessing that the majority of these folks are new yorkers. Other then a couple of female B level actresses whose names I have seen in print, I haven’t a clue who these other folk are and for that matter Zac Posin is a mystery to me!
