9 year old Noah Cyrus shocks civilization by turning up as a dominatrix.

noah copyWhen little girls don’t behave themselves…

According to news.com.au where we spotted this engaging tale – NOAH Cyrus, the little sister of Miley, has been photographed in a racy dominatrix-inspired Halloween costume, not dissimilar to those available on adult costume websites.

The world, as a consequence, has been put on alert and made to suddenly wonder how little Noah could steep to such capricious acts and ostensibly offend the good decency of the world that hounds the little girl religiously.

Continues the report-

The tween star showed up to a Halloween fundraiser wearing a body-hugging lace mini dress, platform knee-high PVC boots and a full face of make-up.

Her vampire-type costume was worn at the red carpet event, held to raise money for the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation.

That explains everything- she knew she would be hanging out with human vultures later that evening and only wanted to look the part. Of course 9 year olds aren’t old enough to know you can’t offend people at their own silly game. Though you have to admit, it’s kind of fun tormenting them.

Of course, not everyone is laughing- Disney Girl editor Fiona Wright has said she would refuse to run these pictures in her magazine, despite the star being popular with their tween audience.

But surely all 9 year olds want to see Noah dressed like a vamp (and could you imagine all the hits!). Please, Fiona, we think you’re making a terrible mistake. Let all the little kids know how scary the world really is. Why be the one to decline? After all, you know Disney is into horror and freak shows.

Fiona wouldn’t listen to us and countered-

“Being a Disney publication we stress family values and no, we definitely wouldn’t run these pictures.”

Family values. Sure – taking 9 year olds and dragging them to red carpets sounds like family values we should all be sharing.

But really what does the public think?

“What is she dressed as? A child prostitute?” wrote one web-user.

Child prostitute- little Noah? Surely you jest, how about a media prostitute? Wouldn’t that be a little more befitting?

What do you think Fiona?

“…had her parents known these pictures would have ended up in magazines and they shouldn’t have allowed her to wear something like this.”

Well that settles it for me- it’s all the parents fault and they should have realized that Fiona as editor of Disney needs to have Noah turn up looking like a proper media whore in the future. Hopefully everyone learned their lesson.

Living in America can sometimes be a desperate exercise in semantics, but who cares as long as the camera is pointing at you?

I hope you’ll forgive me for this, but my immediate reaction to your article was this: FUCK YOU.

A nine year old isn’t “old enough” to know she can’t offend people at their own game? Not only is that ageist, ignorant, insulting, rude bullshit, it isn’t true! I can’t believe that you, with such a closed mind, were hired to write this column, and I hope that you damn well weren’t paid for doing it. Not only is it poorly written, the closed-minded, factless drabble it contains is worth less than the binary it’s coded in.

Whether or not it was Noah’s attempt to “offend someone at their own game,” or to merely attract more attention to herself, sexually, who the hell are you to overgeneralize that all nine year olds as being stupid? Describing them as little kids? Who on earth are you to be so condescending? Just because children are force-fed media overdramatizations and glorifications of various aspects that the narrow minded populace would generally only deem to be appropriate for “grown ups” that doesn’t mean you, who seem to be opposed (“media prostitution?”) to such crap, has to define and restrict them as such.

Noah’s other behavior (for example, pole dancing and proposing to celebrities) all point to a common factor that’s not only a part of celebrity child cases, but a part of human nature. Like any human being, she likes attention.

I’m with you Fiona. There is no way I would let my child dress up the way Noah has. Yes Scallywag, it is a “vampire-type costume” in some warped opinion. I mean, the “vampire-type costume” that springs into my mind might consist of, fangs? fake blood? pale white face paint perhaps? You should be ashamed of yourself Scallywag. Not to mention you, Billy Ray. What were you thinking?
